Why We Exist

At The Second Mountain Collective, we’re on a mission to help multi-dimensional women build the careers and lives they were meant to create. We believe that today’s world often fails to offer the right support for women who are juggling multiple roles: from business leaders to partners, mothers, daughters, and creators. Women are expected to do it all, but without the necessary tools, community, or guidance to thrive both personally and professionally.

Executive Team

  • Lilli Zinaman is a life and career coach with a decade of experience shaping culture, employee experience, and people strategy inside rapid-growth startups and global tech companies. Her corporate career spanned both New York and San Francisco, where she built out People Operations functions for early-stage companies and led future-of-work research programs at LinkedIn and Gensler. While she spent years designing environments where people and performance could thrive, it was her own journey of healing and reinvention that shaped her coaching philosophy: that meaningful careers aren’t built through hustle alone, but through clarity, self-awareness, and intentional alignment. Today, she supports ambitious women to overcome mental roadblocks, reconnect with their purpose, and create lives that feel as good on the inside as they look on paper. She’s based in Austin, TX and works with clients around the world.
